Experience Itinerary

Day 0 — International Travel to Chile

Guests typically depart one day prior, arriving in Santiago (SCL) the following morning. International flights to Santiago are not included.

Day 1 — Arrival in Santiago

Arrival at Santiago International Airport (SCL), followed by a private transfer to your hotel.

Time at leisure to rest and settle in.

In the evening, guests are welcomed with a private dinner prepared by a chef, accompanied by sommelier-selected wines. The experience includes an introduction to Chile’s history and cultural landscape.

Day 2 — Santiago Cultural Experience

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a morning at leisure or spa experience.

Guests enjoy a curated lunch in Santiago before a private cultural exploration of the city’s historic districts and landmarks.

Dinner is reserved at one of Santiago’s premier restaurants.

Day 3 — Journey to Colchagua Valley

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a private journey to the Colchagua Valley.

Upon arrival, guests check in and begin their vineyard experience with lunch at Rayuela Wine & Grill, followed by a horse-drawn carriage tour through the vineyards.

The evening features a culinary experience at the Food & Wine Studio at Viu Manent.

Day 4 — Heritage and Icon Wines of Colchagua

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to the Colchagua Museum in Santa Cruz.

Guests continue with lunch featuring traditional Chilean cuisine and regional wines.

The afternoon includes a private wine experience at Clos Apalta.

In the evening, dinner is hosted at Fuegos de Apalta, led by Francis Mallmann. When not scheduled on a Friday, dinner is hosted at one of the region’s premier restaurants.

Day 5 — Icon Wines of the Colchagua Valley

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a private visit to VIK.

Guests enjoy a guided experience with tastings and lunch overlooking the vineyards.

In the afternoon, return to Santiago. Dinner is reserved at one of Santiago’s renowned restaurants.

Day 6 — Departure

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by time at leisure.

Guests may enjoy lunch at Aquí Está Coco, one of Santiago’s most renowned seafood restaurants, founded in 1973 by chef Jorge “Coco” Pacheco, before returning to the hotel to relax and prepare for departure.

A private transfer is arranged to Santiago International Airport (SCL) for evening international flights.
