Guests traveling from the United States typically depart one day prior to arrival in Chile, with flights arriving the following morning into Santiago International Airport (SCL).

The mountain lodge is located in La Parva, approximately 15 minutes by helicopter or 90 minutes by private ground transfer from Santiago. Set high in the Andes, La Parva is widely regarded as one of Chile’s most exclusive mountain villages, home to many of the country’s most prominent families and private residences.

From here, helicopter access provides direct entry into remote Andean terrain.

For longer expeditions, guests spend their first evening in Santiago before transferring to the mountains by helicopter the following day.

Each day is designed around flexibility in terrain selection, conditions, and guest ability, allowing for a highly personalized experience in vast, uncrowded mountain landscapes.

This approach maximizes time in the mountains while providing seamless access to otherwise unreachable terrain.

Each departure is limited to four guests per helicopter, accompanied by a professional mountain guide.

Up to three groups operate concurrently, maintaining an intimate scale while ensuring continuous access to remote terrain throughout the day.

Evenings are spent at a private mountain lodge overlooking the Andes, where altitude, silence, and scale redefine the end of the day.

Guests enjoy curated Chilean cuisine, premium wines, and thoughtfully designed accommodations.

Before dinner, guests gather on the terrace for charcuterie and sommelier-selected wines, watching the sunset over the Andes.

The helicopter ski season runs from late July through early September, with historically strong snow conditions throughout the period and particularly consistent coverage in mid-to-late August.

Programs are scheduled to maximize snow quality while minimizing weekend resort traffic.

All expeditions are conducted in accordance with international aviation and mountain safety standards.

Daily operations include weather and snowpack assessments by experienced pilots and guides to ensure optimal terrain selection.

Flights are operated by DGAC-certified pilots through our Chilean aviation partner, an established and highly regulated operator specializing in high-altitude mountain environments.

When conditions do not permit safe flying, alternative mountain experiences, including resort skiing, will be arranged to maintain continuity of the experience.

As mountain conditions vary, a specific number of runs or vertical feet cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation and touring throughout each expedition are provided by professional drivers and private guides.

All services are arranged exclusively for ENZOJ Experience guests and may be shared within the same expedition or among guests traveling together.

Vehicles are selected based on group size and include luxury SUVs and executive transport.

Cultural, wine, and sightseeing experiences are delivered with the same curated approach.

Fully private vehicles and guides may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

All expeditions are coordinated by our U.S. and Chilean teams to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Guests are welcomed in Santiago and transferred to their hotel or the Andes penthouse in La Parva via private vehicle or helicopter, depending on the program.

Helicopter operations are led by certified Chilean pilots with extensive mountain experience, with guests skiing in small groups alongside professional guides.

Daily operations include flight planning, weather assessment, and safety briefings to ensure optimal terrain selection.

Cultural experiences and companion programs are delivered through private transportation and expert local guides, with curated access to destinations such as Concha y Toro, Valparaíso, and other locations across Chile.

Every element of the expedition is managed with precision, allowing guests to focus entirely on the experience.

Due to the limited number of guests per expedition, reservations are confirmed on a first-come basis and tend to fill quickly.

• A 50% deposit secures your reservation.

• The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure.

• Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another guest for the same expedition and dates, subject to approval.

Helicopter operations are subject to weather, snowpack stability, and aviation conditions.

When conditions do not permit safe flying, alternative mountain experiences, including resort skiing, will be arranged.

While every effort is made to maximize time in the mountains, specific numbers of runs or vertical feet cannot be guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that snow conditions are not sufficient to operate the expedition as intended, guests will have the option to transfer their booking to a future season, subject to availability.
