Expedition Itinerary

Day 0 — Saturday, July 25, 2026: International Travel to Chile

Guests typically depart one day prior, arriving in Santiago (SCL) the following morning. International flights to Santiago are not included.

Day 1 — Sunday, July 26, 2026: Arrival in Santiago

Arrival in Santiago, followed by a private transfer to the mountain lodge in La Parva.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with light refreshments and time to rest or enjoy optional resort skiing in La Parva or Valle Nevado.

The evening begins with a briefing, accompanied by charcuterie and curated beverages, followed by a chef-prepared dinner featuring Chilean-inspired cuisine and selected wines.

Day 2 — Monday, July 27, 2026: Resort Assessment and Safety Preparation

Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a day with your guide focused on resort skiing, equipment review, and safety preparation.

The day is designed to assess conditions and ensure readiness for helicopter operations.

Lunch is served on the mountain.

The evening includes a briefing, followed by dinner at the lodge with Chilean-inspired cuisine and curated wine pairings.

Day 3 — Tuesday, July 28, 2026: Helicopter Skiing in the Andes

Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a morning briefing and preparation with your guide.

Weather permitting, guests depart by helicopter to access remote alpine terrain, including glaciers and high mountain passes.

Lunch is served in the mountains.

The day concludes with a post-ski debrief, followed by dinner at the lodge with Chilean-inspired cuisine and sommelier-selected wines.

Day 4 — Wednesday, July 29, 2026: Departure

Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a transfer to Santiago International Airport (SCL) for departure.
